Rates for 2011

Peak Season Rates (6/16/12-9/7/12)

Cottages only available for weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season.

Spring and Fall Rates (May, Early June, September and October)

Spring and fall are among the most quiet and beautiful times in Door County. Cottages
are available for daily rental during May, September and October.  We do require a minimum
of three nights.  Reduced rates are available for extended stays during the spring and fall.

Deposit and Payment

We ask that you send a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the
date you make the reservation.  The balance of the reservation amount is due 7 days
prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation

We will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the cottage during the entire
stay we originally reserved for you.

Check-In and Departure Times

Please check in no earlier than 2:00 p.m. of the date of your arrival.  Check out by 9:00 a.m.
of the day of your departure.
